The Altevere Network

Visibility for the talent
the pipeline overlooked.

The Women in CxO Network is where Altevere started — a bench of exceptional senior female executives who have stepped back from full-time roles, and a firm built to make that expertise accessible to the SMEs who need it.

Where It Started

An observation
we couldn't ignore.

Across years of advisory work with founders, family offices, and high-growth companies, our founder kept encountering the same pattern: extraordinary senior executive talent — women who had led businesses, closed financing rounds, and navigated organizational complexity at the highest level — sitting outside a hiring market still built around one full-time seat per company.

It wasn't a talent problem. It was a visibility problem. The relationships, referrals, and reputations that move senior careers forward hadn't been built with them in mind, and stepping back from full-time work meant stepping out of view entirely, regardless of capability.

Altevere exists to close that gap on both sides — giving growing companies access to senior executive leadership without the full-time cost, and giving that talent a platform where their track record still counts.

"We don't promote women because they need the help. We promote them because the visibility they've earned hasn't always found them."
— Laura A. Gray, Founder & CEO, Altevere

How It Works

Same bench.
Distinct visibility.

Every Altevere engagement draws from one all-female executive bench, vetted to one standard. The Women in CxO Network sits at the center of that bench, supported deliberately, because the gap that created it was real.

01
One Standard
Every member of the network is vetted against the same bar as the rest of the Altevere bench — the same experience, the same rigor, the same accountability to clients. Distinct visibility, never a different standard.
02
Named Recognition
Members are featured by name in client conversations, case studies, and referral introductions — the reputation-building that traditional pipelines gave their male peers by default.
03
Warm Referral Access
Altevere's client relationships and partner network open doors that took our founder years to build — access the network shares, rather than each professional having to rebuild it alone.
04
Community, Not Just Placement
The network connects members to one another, not just to clients — a working community of senior executives who understand the specific shape of building a portfolio career.

Who This Is For

Two doors in.

For Companies

Engage an Altevere division and you are drawing directly from this bench — senior CEO, CFO, Chief Partnership Officer, or COO expertise, backed by the same standard of vetting and accountability behind every Altevere placement, whether the engagement fills a seat or provides confidential counsel to a leader who's still in it.

For Executives

If you have built a senior executive career and stepped back from full-time work without stepping back from ambition, the network gives your track record a platform again — visibility, referrals, and a community built around exactly this transition.
